In cooperation with Comdata™ Corporation and Zenrin USA, Inc., the eMILER database contains more than 6,300 newly updated truck stops used in Comdata’s GeoFUEL truck stop network and provided by Zenrin USA. These fuel stops can be accessed in the same way as other places in the eMILER database, and can be used as stops on your eMILER routings. To access a truck stop from the main screen, you may type it in directly, or use the Spelling Helper feature. Truck stops are displayed at the end of the list, after the highway junction points.
The syntax for truck stops is comprised of the "at" symbol [@] marking the entry as a truck stop, the truck stop name, a comma, and the state in which the truck stop is located. An example is:
@Route 46 Truck Stop, NJ
To find truck stops using the Spelling Helper, you must use the [@] symbol, at least the first letter of the truck stop's name, a comma, and the two-letter state abbreviation. For example, running a route with a stop @A,AL will produce a listbox of truck stops in Alabama beginning with the letter "A". Highlight your choice from the listbox, and rerun the route.
