If you are using Netscape 7 (any release) to work with eMILER and are having problems consistently accessing the eMILER on-line Help system, we suggest you use Microsoft Internet Explorer or, if possible, an older version of Netscape. A known incompatibility exists in Netscape 7x with some components of our Robohelp help system, which to date has not been resolved by either the makers of Robohelp or ALK Technologies. We apologize for this inconvenience.
